Umoja linn Summer Market Terms and Conditions
This Summer we are  bringing the Umoja linn Pop Up Market back to it’s origin – The Fumbally Stables.
The Fumbally is at the heart of the city with a diverse range of potential customers and we look forward to bringing the Fun and Culture Filled African-inspired Market to YOU.Â
We look forward to working with you and providing the locals and visitors in Dublin City with the best of African culture and craft, but first, some general terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions outlined below apply to all Vendors, also referred to as sellers.
1.1 Summer Market Fee
The Market Fee is €75. This fee covers a Vendor for the full day of the Market.
The fee also covers the Sellers insurance, no additional insurance is required.
Please note:
– 50% of the €75 fee is refundable if the seller cancels with 2 weeks notice (before 3rd of June 2023)
– The €75 fee is not refundable if less than 2 weeks notice is given by the Seller (from 3rd of June 2023)
1.2 Product Display
The Market will take place inside, the Fumbally Stables. All Sellers will have a dedicated section for their business and brand where they can display their products as they wish. Sellers are required to display and sell their products within the allocated section, and to respect other Sellers in the Market.
Sellers must provide the tools and materials (eg. rails and stands) required for their product display. A follow up email with the event checklist will be sent to all participating Sellers.Â
Displayed products and personal belongings must not be left unattended. Sellers are responsible for the safe keeping of their products, materials and personal belongings. Â If a Seller needs to step away from their display, it is the Sellers responsibility to ensure a delegate is available in their absence.
 1.3 Payment Transactions
Sellers must provide their own payment method or system, based on previous  Markets, it is advisable to have an electronic payment system via a card machine (eg. SumUp) as this is the preferred option for most customers. However, there is an ATM in close proximity to the location.
Sellers are encouraged to bring cash/change in an event that Buyers using cash require change.
Online payment transactions via Revolut are also an option, Sellers who wish to use this option may print their Revolut QR Code and have it displayed for Buyers to scan and pay.
In an event where Sellers do not have a payment system, Umoja linn can provide an electronic payment system via a card machine for a fee charge of 5%.
